About our teams

Our diverse and talented teams work together to deliver exceptional results for our partners. Discover more about each of our teams and the roles they play in shaping the future of sales.

We firmly believe that sales and recruiting are one and the same. Selling involves influencing someone to act on a product, service or opportunity. Our Inside Sales team focuses on the fundamentals of sales, rather than a script; our sales team is able to take a principle-based approach to navigate through any part of the (customer or worker) conversion process and consistently deliver outstanding results.

One part internal consulting, one part data analytics, our Business Operations team works cross functionally with the sales & systems teams to identify and capitalize on the company's highest priority opportunities. While the opportunities vary, the data driven approach the team utilizes while taking projects from concept to implementation remains consistent.

Our Product and Engineering team is a group of builders that get excited about designing the platforms that power our world class customer acquisition engine. Working across a wide range of product & data technologies, they love building products, providing insightful analysis and solving hard problems to drive impact across the business.

Our People team plays an integral role in the company's growth. The team is responsible for implementing a range of systems, processes, and programs that will allow us to attract and hire top tier talent at scale. The People team is equally focused on creating the right environment, experiences and offerings to ensure that our employees are consistently motivated, highly engaged, and ultimately choose to stay with us.

I feel close to my teammates even though I'm not physically there. We all know we're doing the same thing but we're each helping each other learn and grow and find new ways to do it everyday. I actually feel like I'm part of a team and not part of a group of people who just work individually and get lunch together sometimes.
